purely from personal experience,one of the best ways i feel that u can let let ur skin feel fresh,rejuvinated and glowing is to go on long walks early in the morning...the air and breeze during the early hours have something special in them....u instantly start feeling nice.its helps get back ur true complexion and walking offcourse helps circulate ur blood...jus try it out and see the results for urself....
drinkin lots of water helps ur body keep clean....and for those who are not prone to cold can try lime juice first thing in the morning....
its better using baby soaps instead of the normal ones....people with oily skin, can use a bit of suger with baby soap and wash face in the morning...
eating lots of greens,vegetables, fruits and milkshakes provide u protiens and vitamins which inturn gives u glowing comlexion...
